U & ME

Sometimes a challenge theme or two pops up and gives me inspiration to a card. This is absolutely the case for this card. Usually I do a bit (a lot) of stamping on my cards but that does't mean I don't also like die-cuts. 'Cause I really, really like die-cuts.

For this card I didn't have any fitting die for the huge &, so I had to use the computer and hand cut it. I have used the font "Ravie" in size 360.

To make the U and the ME I have used the Parker Alphabet from Memory Box.

The & is coloured using Hero Arts Shadow Ink "Pale Tomato". I just smudged the ink pad directly on the &. The & is adhered to the card front using 3D squares to add dimension and shadow effect to the U and ME.

With this card I am participating in CASology's Challenge with the Cue Card
"AND".

I am also participating in CAS-ual Fridays challenge with the theme
"Over the edge".

Have a splendid day...
Pia xx
