Solid stamping combined with Promarkers

Today class is all about Creative Colouring and today we get inspiration from Donna Mikasa. She had used Copics to created flowers on the card base.

When I tried the technique I found out that it didn't work well with Promarkers. So instead I have done something else.

I have used some solid paint splatter stamps for flowers. And coloured the flowers with Promarker to add some dimension and depth. The leaves are also made hand drawn with Promarkers as on Donna's card.

The sentiment is stamped with gold ink - my absolute favorite gold ink. It works wonder each time.

This card I am entering into the challenges:

No more from me today.
It is bedtime now and the hubby is also almost done working.
Night, night.

  3. Pia, what a beautiful one-layer floral card! I love the way the flowers frame the card, still leaving plenty of white space. Thanks for joining us at CASology this week!

    1. I actually used a stamp set from My Favorite Things to create the paint splatters. I have updated the blogpost so it now includes my "Supplies used" list.
