A little time ago I found inspiration to how to make your own Enamel Dots. Who hasn't got those wonderful little (and a tad expensive) Dots. Well, I do! And I LOVE that idea of being able to make them myself.
I found two tips on how to make Enamel Dots myself. The first tip is from Kim Kesti, who shows how to make them with Glossy Accents and nail vernis. Most scrappers have the Glossy Accents and I assume quite a few of us also have a nail vernis or two.
I admit only owning 2 nail vernis's and so I had to get a couple of more fresh colours for this experiment. Get 4 really cheap at the local super market.
Look at this card. This is with my homemade Enamel Dots.
I have made a tutorial with lots of pictures on how to make these Enamel Dots.
The tutorial has been published in the Scandinavian online magazine The Paper Crafting and you can read it HERE. In the article I also tell you about the second tip on how to make your own Enamel Dots.
Why don't you give it a GO yourself.
Have a splendid day.
