Hi all,

I finally got all my new items updated in my Inlinkz libary :o) Boy, it took some time.

I have updated my previous blog post, so now all the new goodies are visible and you don't have to settle with my "pile" photos ;o)

Take a look HERE.

Everything is there...Stamps, Ink pads, Dies, Stencils, Embossing Powders, Tools, Embellishments etc, etc.....

Shopping scrapbooking stuff in New York

It has been a couple of days now since we came home from our vacation in New York.
I managed to not go totally overboard with scrapbooking shopping....main reason was that Manhattan don't offer many possibilities for such.

My main shopping was done online before we arrived. One of my fellow class students from Online Card Classes let me "borrow" her address in Brooklyn. How amazing is that! She didn't even know me and even so she offers me to use her address. And not only that - she also took all my shopping items with her to work in Manhattan. All I had to do was show up at her work place. I am her forever grateful. Thank YOU!

Here is a picture of all my online shopping:

I also went to the only Michaels store in Manhattan. It is quite similar to Panduro but much bigger. They had quite a lot of scrapbooking stuff, but not exactly what I was looking for. So I didn't buy much there.

And I also visited the only real (and very tiny) Scrapbooking store in Manhattan
The Ink Pad. It is a very little store and they do most in wooded stamps. I only bought 6 or 8 items there, but had hoped for much more.

I was soooo very glad I had done all the online shopping or else I would have been utterly disappointed. When I packed my suitcase it contained a little over 5 kilos of scrapbooking stuff. But I also did hold myself back ;o)

Here is a picture of the pile on my craft desk at home after unpacking the suitcase...

That is all for now. I will be writing a more detailed article about scrapbooking shopping in New York with tips and tricks in The Paper Crafting Online Magazine soon.

I would have loved to show you all my new stuff using my Inlinkz, but honestly I haven't gotten it all updated in Inlinkz yet. Well, I finally got most of my new stash uploadet in Inlinkz. Take a peek below :o)

Also I haven't been able to find a link for all my purchases from Michaels. Apparently their online store is not entirely updated with what is on their shelves, so 3-5 items are missing.

Most of my links are to Simon Says Stamp. Reason is that it was much quicker for me when updating my Inlinkz libary eventhough my purchases have been done at:
Simon Says Stamp (online)
Ellen Hutson (online)
Avery Elle (online)
Michaels
The Ink Pad
