Be A Unicorn | CAS-ual Fridays Stamps | Black & White

"Always be yourself unless you can be a unicorn then always be a unicorn"

Love this sentiment from a stamp set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps. This card is quick and simple! I could have left out shading the unicorn but I just thought it needed a little touch. Here I have used a watercolour brush with a gray ZIG Clean Colour pen.

It just had to be glitter with the unicorn, so I added this lovely champagne coloured glitter paper to the back base. The cardfront is adhered to the cardbase using 3D squares for a little dimension.

I also covered the entire unicorn with Wink of Stella. Again - it just has to be glitter when a unicorn is in the picture, right :)

Bomb Diggity | CAS-ual Fridays Stamps | Ink Smooshing with Distress Oxide Inks

You are fabulous! What is not to like when you get a card saying so :)

It's also a fabulous day as it's my wedding day today and I am enjoying the day with hubby and our little pup Nelly in the family summer house on the Danish island Bornholm. One of my favorite places on earth. 

This stamp from CAS-usal Fridays are just perfect for brighten up the day for someone you care about. 

I have used the Ink Smooshing technique to create this card. This also gave me a perfect excuse to play with my Distress Oxides. 

I honestly admit that this is one of the first times using them and they still haven't won me over. Sorry! But I am just not so fond of the chalky look they give. Maybe one day I will see the light. 

Just look at this fabulous embossing powder result! I have used super fine embossing powder which in my opinion gives a better result when working with sentiments. 

But it is also important to remember to use an anti-static powder tool before heat embossing. So you avoid getting stray powder everywhere you don't want it.

CAS-ual Fridays Stamp | Concord & 9th | Tell Cancer It can....

In this card I have combined two awesome stamps! 

This time I have tried a more masculine colour combo or more gender neutral. 

This stamp set from CAS-ual Fridays is the best! Although the circumstances for this kind of card sucks, this is nevertheless a type of card which is too often needed.
