Hi all,
Welcome :)
I just LOVE being creative and it is a very important part of me. I work full time as a finance manager for the Scanlux Group at their headquarters in Fredensborg. Scanlux designs and manufacture gift wrapping paper, gift boxes, gift bags and everything else needed for gorgeous gift wrapping. After work I relax at my craft desk creating cards, using my hands for other things than typing on the computer and I immerse in loads of colourful inks, stamp sets, dies, stencils & design papers instead of Excel sheets and ERP systems. It is my heaven after working hours.
I started scrapbooking in 2005 but changed to making Cards in 2012 after coming across Kristina Werner and her card tutorials. Through Kristina I got to know Jennifer McGuire. Cardmaking has soooo much won me over. Lets face it, I might never return to scrapbooking LO's ever again! WOA, did I just say that! And I am definitely a fan of the more simple style - especially CAS style :o)
I resently resigned as Creative Editor at The Paper Crafting Scandinavian Edition online magazine after 5 years. It was no easy decision but I felt it was time to be open for new crafty adventures. At this moment I do not know what comes ahead but nevertheless I will enjoy some me-crafty-time :)
I will forever be grateful for the 5 wonderful and fullfilling years. Head Editor Marit always let me try out my ideas and it has been a great journey. The magazine begun in February 2014 and I have been on board since then. First as a writer on the editorial team, then in 2015 I started up the magazines guest design team and ran this from 2015 till 2017. From 2016 till beginning of 2019 I was the creator and coordinator behind The Paper Crafting's Cyber Crop events, which was held two times a year in a Facebook group. Due to my growing involvement in The Paper Crafting I became The Creative Editor from 2016 and till January 2019 working behind the scenes, plan and coordinate events.
I am born and raised in Denmark. In my younger years I have done a year of college in Cambridge, UK, and 6 months of volunteer work in Phichit, Thailand. Now I live with my husband Mr. T and our dog (in between dogs at the moment) in an idyllic place called Sørup, Fredensborg, north of Copenhagen in Denmark.
My native language is Danish but I have decided to keep this Blog in English. Mainly because this Paper Craft hobby of mine originated in USA, but also because there are so many kindred paper crafters around the world. I cannot promise a flawless English, but I will do my best.

Hej Pia, fandt tilfældigvis din blog her... ville lige smide et "kreativt vink" fra én kreativ tosse til en anden ;-))
