Colourful stamped stripes in Ett Trykk Magazine

Today I am sharing a card I had published in the Norwegian craft magazine Ett Trykk in the June edition.
The task was to create a card based on a colour scheme. Colour schemes often challenge me as I feel "locked" by the use of colours.

The word happy is a die-cut which is added to the front of the card using the inlaid die-cutting technique.

The striped background is created by stamping multiple times with different ink colours.

I am so happy I decided to add the little smiley face at the end of the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I truly do appreciate every visit I get :)

Hugs,

Designer's Choice "Cute Halloween" - Inkspirational Challenges

Hello crafty people!
This time at Inkspirational Challenges we have a
Designer's Choice challenge up for you.

It is the wonderful Carol's time to choose......and she has chosen wisely according to the season.... ;o)

So all you have to do is create a Halloween project BUT remember to make it CUTE!
If you don't celebrate Halloween you can create a project with "Pumpkin or Owl" instead.

Here is my take on this challenge:

Why does the ghosts always have to be masculine? Do you get what I mean?

Say Hello to this cutie pie of a "feminine" ghost, LOL.

A little eye shadow and a touch of lipstick with a layer of Glossy Accents and there you have the cutest ghost ever! :o)

We have Guest Designer Becca Cruger AKA Damsel of Distressed joining us for this challenge. Do pop by her blog and leave her some crafty lurve :o)

Don't forget to pop by the sweet Design Team ladies and leave them some love

(and a little sweet comment)....
Yvonne
3...2...1...get creative!

Have fun creating :o)
