That is something I have never tried but what is the point of attending a class, if you are not interested in trying out new stuff.
Just so you know I didn't even know where to find the stop watch on my smartphone. But I do now! LOL
Our teacher Kristina Werner showed us how important it is to be prepared when making a 10 minute card. As her, I found all the supplies I needed for this card before starting. I did not cut anything out, just made sure stamp set, ink, dies, punches etc. were lying ready.
In the beginning I thought it was going fine......until the end! I was really pressured the last 1½ minute. Things just take more time than you think.
My time ended on 09:46:7 and my desk looked like a bomb had hit the table...LOL.
One thing I am not too happy about is that the sentiment is stamped a little too much to one side in the oval window. Well, shit happens.
Also the leafs are not placed excatly where I had planned in my head. It's like your fingers goes all bananas when under time pressure. But all in all I am very satisfied with my first ever 10 minute card :o)

Its wonderful, well done. The 10 minutes seemed like a huge challenge for me too - but I will have a go tomorrow. If it turns out as good as this I will be pleased :-)
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Love the flowers
ReplyDeleteLovely card and great job!
ReplyDeleteEt rigtig pænt resultat på så kort tid. Det er nemlig meget sværere end man lige tror.
ReplyDeletePretty card! I think the flowers balance the sentiment so it looks just right.
ReplyDeleteTerrific card!
ReplyDeleteYour card is great! I loved the challenge too, it makes us sit up, think and focus - great way to make cards! C x
ReplyDeleteGreat card. You were very ambitious with your details. I rather like the slightly off-centrr sentiment. It balances the card nicely.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is lovely!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job! Stop in at my blog for a bunch of 10-minute cards under "Simple Saturday."
ReplyDeleteThat bomb blast that hit your table reached clear over here to mine! Big blast, huh? Your card looks incredible! I love the little flowers.
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous!! If you didn't say anything about the sentiment, I would not have noticed it!! I actually like it a little off balanced due to the way the flowers are on the right bottom half of the oval. Oh, and my desk was horrible too after this challenge. I think that stressed me out too!! Great job on the challenge!!
ReplyDeleteGreat card - I am one who spends way too much time thinking about where everything goes - will definitely be trying this later!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card for today's challenge! Well done:)
ReplyDeleteI love your honesty! My desk looked like a bomb hit it too! Your card turned out great!
ReplyDeleteLove your card! Great job!
ReplyDeleteWTG - this is pretty detailed and you made the challenge -- Good for you - I like the flowers around the framing
ReplyDeleteI think it looks fabulous! :)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't change a thing - it's gorgeous! I'm still working up the nerve to try it, but you're right, what's the point of taking a class if you're not willing to try! I'll give it a shot (well, at some point over the next few weeks anyway!!)
ReplyDeleteFlot kort og du har rigtig mange ting på, når man tænker på den korte tid, du har brugt!
