Crafty World Card Making Day 2016

Saturday October 1st was World Card Making Day 2016.

I was kinda busy all day coordinating and hosting a cyber-crop on Facebook for The Paper Crafting Magazine.

BUT that didn't mean I could not have crafty friends come over for a creative WCMD :)

Charlie from the Danish Operation Write Home (Operation Skriv Hjem) and her neighbor Heidi came by and we had a blast creating cards all day. It was a wonderful, chatty and fun day. Even Fifty (The bear) joined us all day - it can be hard work to be a mascot ;)

(Heidi, Fifty and me)

Hubby was kind to be our service boy and brought us sushi for lunch. Yummy!
Even crafters need food and water!

 (Heidi and Charlie)

We spent the day making lots of cards. We all participated in some of the WCMD2016 challenges presented by The Paper Crafting and Heidi even made Top 1 when the Top 3 of all the participants cards was revealed. Congrats to Heidi :D

Here is a quick look at some of the cards I managed to make. Some I am more happy about than others. But that's probably the life of a crafter...LOL.

And this one is my personal favorite:

Did you get crafty on World Card Making Day??

Hugs,
Pia
