A Fat Cat sending Birthdays Wishes!

This weekend has been so good. I have found time to be creative, we've been doing some gardening and finishing off our expansion of our two garden patios. We've been able to get LOTS done :o)

This is one of the cards I found time to make....

The idea of the card is that it should look like a picture of the cat has been adhered to the front of the card.
I have keept the colouring of the cat very simple and limited on purpose. Therefore only light colours have been used.

With this card I am participating in Simon Says Stamp challenge with the theme
"Take a Picture".

For embellishments I found two very old square brads. I have no idea wherefrom they are, but it felt good to finally use them!
With this card I am also participating in A Blog Named Hero's challenge with the theme
"Clean up Your Act",
and Addicted to CAS's challenge with the Code Word
"Birthday".

The card is based on the sketch above which is from Retro Sketches,
They make challenges every week with new cool sketches...You should check it out!

  3. Ja de er skønne de katte og kortet er sødt og fint. TAK for OSH kortene - hørte godt en bil men inden jeg kom hen til døren og ud i regnen var I væk. De var så flotte allesammen og med gode nye ideer til bloggen.
