So here you have Tip #38 (which is a CASE of the original Tip #4).....
All the pattern on this card is Washi Tape. I have used 4 different tapes and unfortunately I haven't been able to identify all of them for the thumbnail links. There is only shown link for two of them.
Do you know where the "black & white stripes" and the "Orange & white stripes" Washi Tape is from??
The little black tag is just cut out using the MS cutting board and a pair of scissors.
The sentiment is heat embossed with white and tied to the black ribbon with a piece of white embroidery thread.
For embellishment I have used two flowers which are die-cut out of some IKEA packaging card board. I got it when I purchased a couple of CD boxes from IKEA.
I also managed to finish my second Washi Tape card, where I have used the other parts of the die-cut hearts. The layout of the card is identical with my first Washi Tape card, but the sentiment is different.

Må ærligt indrømme, at jeg aldrig rigtig er faldet for washi tapen selv, men mange bruger det godt nok meget med stor fornøjelse, så det er jo fint, og en nem måde at få lavet et supernemt kort i en fart.

ReplyDeleteDet tapekort er bare så flot. Som Maryann er jeg heller aldrig blevet hooked på det tape. Det ligner noget fra en børnehave, når jeg prøver det.
ReplyDeleteDet kunne selvfølgelig også være, at det er fordi, jeg ikke har det rigtige tape.....hæhæ. Nå, nej - jeg tror desværre, det er evnerne det kniber med.
Så er det jo godt du laver dem ! Du er i hvert tilfælde god til det.
