OCC Mask-erade Day 1

Today is day 1 of the new Online Card Classes class with focus on masking techniques. I have taken several of their classes and has learned bundles of techniques.

Today it is all about using masking paper.

I had a lot of trouble choosing between Debby Hughes and Laura Bassen's techniques. But I ended up with Debby's and here is my card for todays  class.

As Debby I have used both the negative and positive part of the masking paper.

The flower stamp from Clearly Besotted is coloured with Inktense pencils using a waterbrush.

The Danish sentiment means "Congratulations on your wedding day".

It is a shame the shimmer from the GoldenGlitz ink doesn't show well on the photos, but it sure does look pretty in real life.

Loooving to be pushed into working with masking techniques. I often forget to use them when making cards.

With this card I am participating in:
Papirplanetens Blogg - Bryllup (wedding)
