Halloween.....Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Good morning everyone :)

It's Saturday and that means it is time for a new Sweet Stampin' Challenge!
For the next week our current challenge is

"Halloween"

So it is time to think CREEPY, BOOOO or TRICK & TREAT....
anything SPOOKY.....let your creativity loose.
This week we are sponsored by The Stamp Fairy. I have been lucky to get the digi stamp "Tommy Wizard4" to play with this week.

Furthermore don't forget our monthly sponsor which is The Ribbon Girl. The Ribbon Girl is giving away a £ 10 voucher to our monthly winner.

Be sure to stop by Sweet Stampin's Blog. We've got plenty of inspiration from the Design Team and we hope you will join us in the fun.
All styles and projects are more than welcome. The only thing you have to bare in mind is that your project MUST have stamping on it.

Here is my DT card to kick start your inspiration..................

I have coloured "Tommy Wizard" with Promarkers...and used quite a few colours in the process. They are all shown below on the "supplies used" list.

I don't own any Halloween die-cuts, but last weekend I was fortunate to borrow a few from fellow scrappers Tina and Lizzie. I ended up using the Spiderweb die-cut for this card. The two bats were found in my old stash.

The edges of the white card front is smudged with brown chalk ink. This is a technique I use very seldom at the moment, but it just seemed perfect for this card.

I wanted to play with the sentiment "BOOO", so I glued two sequins to two of the O's and filled them up with white enamel accents. The sequins keeps the enamel accents in a perfect round shape. Also I got the idea to let the last "O" be a spider because the shape of the spider was very similar to the O's.

Don't forget to stop by Sweet Stampin's Blog and check out the other DT Ladies cards or perhaps even participate in the Challenge.

Join in the Fun :o)

  1. Næh hvor han er fin. Sjovt at se en troldmand og ikke altid en heks. God weekend.
