Confirmation cards with Operation Write Home

Today I am showing a bunch of Confirmation card made for the Danish Operation Write Home - Operation Skriv Hjem. 

I wanted to show tips for using some of the plain coloured cardstock we all have laying around. 

I found different colours of cardstock in my (old) stash and grap some of my background dies. These are group for adding interest to coloured cardstock. 

Even double sided design paper can be used if one side is single colour. 

As the theme of the card is Confirmation a church is most suited. To add more interest and to coordinate with the cardstock I coloured the church windows with Promarker pens. 

I fuzzy cut all the sentiment banners for the cards. The sentiment means "Congrats on the day" in English. 

A great tip when fuzzy cutting is to add black to the cut sides with a soft tip black pen. Then you don't see the "white" cut side on the finished card. Yes, it's some extra work but it is well worth it.
