This may be a sustainable handmade card! Almost 50% of the materials used is recycled cardstock from gift bags and boxes.
I love to save the cardstock from pretty gift wrapping boxes and bags. 'Cause this is better off being recycled on a card than being trown out. Okay, here at our home we do actually make sure to to hand everything possible into recycling - glass, plastic, paper and card boxes. It's the little things that can make a huge difference for our environment.

Enough said about that - let's get back to the card in question :)
This card is a DT project for the Danish craft webshop Hobbyboden.dk. We had a theme about "White in White" but we were allowed to add a bit of one colour. Here I have choosen to add some gold.
The Congratulations sentiment is heat embossed with WOW Metallic Gold Sparkle and this has such a gorgeous shimmer to it. Love it! Some glitter embossing powders has so much glitter in it that it sheds glitter afterwards. This doesn't, YAY.
The Love diecut from Concord & 9th is cut in recycled cardstock. And so is the card matte.
Sometimes I use craft foam instead of 3D foam. This time I decided to use a scallop nested rectangle die for the craft foam. This way the foam peeks out underneath the card matte with a pretty scallop edge.
I could have diecut the scallop die in cardstock and then added the craft foam underneath for dimension. But this way I skipped a step and avoided using extra cardstock. Now, that's cool if you ask me :)

I have scattered a few little glitter hearts on the cardfront. To adhere these I've used my new Jewel Picker Tool. Oh My Gosh, this is a fantastic tool. It works soooo good.
