Talk Bubbles.....One, Two....NO, Three!

I just couldn't resist making yet another card last night for the Pre-Class Challenge :o)

This is my third card for this colour challenge..........

The Pre-Class Challenge 1 is a colour challenge, where we must create a card using at least 4 of the 5 given colours.

I used the Talk Bubbles die set from Simon Says Stamp to die-cut 3 talk bubbles. For the two coloured talk bubbles I have adhered the coloured card stock directly on the back of the white card stock front. First then did I stamp the sentiments in them.

The cloud talk bubble is a "window" as I have stamped the sentiment directly on the grey card base. This gives the card a very cool 3-dimensional look. It is a very good idea to stamp the sentiment before adhering the white card front to the grey base. Then you can avoid getting ink smudges on the white front.

  3. I love the talk bubbles card! It's very CAS, also. You must be into that, and I have total respect for CAS peeps, it's not an easy task. Of course I have CAS "envy" LOL Good tip about the stamping, I am guessing you lightly draw a pencil line on the cloud bubble inside, then stamp, right? Yeah, I can imagine getting ink on the white part, oops thing. I just hate when that happens! LOL Beautiful card, cool design, and great colors! See ya in class!
