Copper Christmas Card

Only 3 days till Christmas!!

This year we will be having Christmas at home and will by joined by hubby's mother and my God parents. The rest of my side of the family will be spending Christmas at my older brother and his family this year.

So I am continuing my short but intense
"post a Christmas card everyday until Christmas eve"
blogging and today it's all about COPPER :)

Oh, and I have something very exciting for you all tomorrow. It is something I have been working on for the past couple of months with someone very well known in the cardmaking community. Stay tuned!!

I have created the card front by using a stencil and dapping on versamark embossing ink. This way I could heat emboss the pattern instead of using the ink blending technique.

On the card base I have used a background stamp to create my own patterned paper look as well as getting a better Copper/brown look to my card.

The sentiment is Danish and means "Merry Christmas".

Wishing you the best December 21st :)

    Gitte
